Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AppKai. They sit alongside the Community Guidelines and the Developer Agreement.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AppKai, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Don't impersonate others or misuse other people's accounts.
3. Apps are distributed by their developers
AppKai hosts and serves downloadable apps, but each app is provided by its developer, who warrants they have the rights to distribute it (see the Developer Agreement). Install third-party apps at your own discretion; AppKai is not the author of those apps.
4. Licenses, credits & payments
App licenses, KaiCredits, and AppCredits are governed by the terms shown at purchase. Credits are prepaid and consumed as you use licensed features or AI inference. Refunds, where offered, follow the published refund terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of reviews, ratings, and discussion posts you submit, but grant AppKai a license to display and distribute them on the platform. You're responsible for what you post, and it must follow the Community Guidelines.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent licensing or metering, scrape at scale, or use AppKai to distribute malware or unlawful content.
7. Disclaimers & liability
AppKai is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in-product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You can stop using the service at any time.
