Developer Agreement
You accept this agreement before publishing your first app, and again whenever it materially changes. It exists so every listing has an accountable owner.
1. Ownership & rights
You warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights and licenses to distribute, every app you publish — including its code, assets, and any third-party dependencies.
2. No infringement
Your app does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and does not contain malware or deceptive functionality.
3. Indemnification
You indemnify and hold AppKai harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your app or your breach of this agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Your app and its listing comply with AppKai's content and acceptable-use standards. AppKai may remove a listing that violates them.
Deeper dependency-license disclosure, malware scanning, and the DMCA takedown process are added in a later phase. This baseline gate ensures no app is published without an accountable owner.
