Community Guidelines

Reviews, ratings, and discussions on AppKai exist to help people make good decisions and to give developers honest, useful feedback. These rules keep that signal trustworthy.

1. Be honest

Review apps you've actually used, and describe your real experience. Don't post fake, paid, or incentivized reviews — yours or anyone else's. The Verified Purchaser badge marks reviews backed by a real license.

2. Be civil

Critique the app, not the person. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks against developers or other users. Strong negative reviews are welcome when they're fair; abuse is not.

3. Stay on topic

Reviews are about the app's quality and value. Use Discussions for questions, support, and back-and-forth with the developer. Keep spam, advertising, and unrelated links out of both.

4. No manipulation

Don't use multiple accounts, coordinated campaigns, or bots to inflate or sink an app's rating. Developers may respond to reviews but may not remove honest negative feedback or pressure users to change it.

5. Protect privacy & safety

Don't post other people's private information, and don't share content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful. Disclose any conflict of interest (e.g. you're affiliated with the developer).

6. Reporting & enforcement

Anyone can report a review that breaks these rules; reports go to AppKai's moderation queue. We may remove content, hide reviews, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Honest reviews that follow the rules stay up.
